About Milestones Women’s Residential

Milestones Family Recovery has a women’s residential program for substance abuse treatment in Corvallis, Oregon. They offer a nurturing, compassionate setting in a two-story, 12-bed facility with a home-like atmosphere for healing.

The program focuses on education, counseling and abstinence. You’ll have peer support to help guide you through the program from someone who understands the unique challenges you face with addiction.

I discovered that they offer meditation to reduce stress and promote relaxation and a sense of calm so you can focus on recovery. You’ll participate in recreational activities that keep you engaged in treatment and enjoying your time in the program.

There are 12-step self-help groups that emphasize accountability and responsibility for your sobriety. They offer a transitional one-year program after you complete residential care that helps reinforce achieving personal goals.

The program also includes healthy living activities and nutrition counseling to promote overall wellness alongside a sober lifestyle. You may learn about healthy food choices and exercise routines.

The team encourages family involvement throughout the program. Your children are allowed to live with you during treatment. They believe this approach reduces relapse incidences and increases long-term success rates. The program supports pregnant women with specialized treatment that helps prevent drug-affected newborns.

Aftercare is available for one year following treatment to help with ongoing recovery support. Transitional housing arrangements help bridge the gap between residential and long-term housing to empower women with lasting recovery resources.

Your initial assessment is free and they work with many health insurance plans. They also accept Visa and Mastercard payments.
