About Michael’s House Outpatient

Located in Palm Springs, California, along the San Jacinto Mountains, Michael’s House Outpatient Center is a step in the continuum model at Michael’s House treatment center. Designed as a step-down after an inpatient drug rehab program, this outpatient center provides partial hospitalization programs with six hours of treatment per day and intensive outpatient programs with three hours of treatment daily.

Programs at their outpatient center use evidence-based treatments to treat the whole client, not only the addiction. With programs for men and women, this facility offers such treatments as individual and group therapy, addiction education, life skills training, aftercare and relapse prevention planning, and medication-assisted treatment and medication management.

The programs center around a 12 Step curriculum and aim to help clients begin transitioning from a residential treatment program to long-term sober independent living.
