TURN Behavioral Health Services, also known as Pegasus is a nonprofit DUI education and recovery program that serves adults in San Bernardino, California.

The program supports you if you're referred by the California DMV or courts and can include first time and multiple offender as well as reckless and underage drinking participants.

I want to point out that Pegasus goes beyond administrative requirements and combines education with practical recovery and life skills tools to help you and your loved ones move forward.

DMV Referred DUI Education

Pegasus offers outpatient DUI education courses for first time offenders and repeat offenders as well as wet/reckless cases and underage drinking related offenses.

The program focuses on alcohol and drug education, recovery oriented life skills and helps clients meet court and DMV compliance obligations.

Sessions can include coping, resilience and decision making, emotional regulation and wellness, anger and stress management as well as relapse prevention.

You can also gain access to addiction counseling and life skills education designed to build lasting change beyond the classroom.

Aftercare and Ongoing Support

Pegasus extends care through aftercare support including 12 step facilitation and referrals to medical, mental health and social service resources.

A Spanish language curriculum and ADA accommodations make the program accessible to a wider range of people seeking recovery focused guidance.

Flexible Telehealth Care

Pegasus provides in person services at its San Bernardino location on N Waterman Avenue with telehealth options and flexible evening and Saturday hours to fit busy schedules.

The program accepts private insurance, Medi-Cal and self pay and offers financial aid along with free or low cost services.
