About Center Star Act Mental Health System

The Center Star Assertive Community Treatment facility offers outpatient and rehabilitation services in San Diego, California. They treat adults ages 25 to 59 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, have a mental illness and substance use disorder diagnosis, and have a history of criminal justice involvement.
