Meridian Outpatient is based in Gainesville, Florida offering outpatient care for adults, children, and families struggling with mental health issues and substance abuse. You can access psychiatric care, counseling, care coordination, and medication assisted therapy. Specialized counseling services are available for veterans and children.

The Homeless Recovery Services Team meets with unhoused people who are struggling with a mental illness or substance use disorder. Trained staff members will coordinate community resources and affordable housing. Clients who benefit from this program will learn independent living skills and self advocacy skills.
