Adult & Teen Challenge Mercy House is part of the International Teen Challenge Organization, with a large network of community support services throughout the United States. The Mercy House program provides a long-term residential addiction treatment program and Christian discipleship for men aged 18 to 65. The structured program lasts 14 months and includes Bible studies, life transformation, discipleship training, work projects, educational classes, peer mentorship, family restoration, and recreational activities. The program has four phases, and at the end, graduates transition into the alumni home.

As a private-pay facility, Adult & Teen Challenge Mercy House charges a non-refundable admission fee of $700. There may be additional fees for items such as transportation, education, and other expenses.
