About Mens Pascua Assessment Treatment and Healing PATH
The Men’s Pascua Assessment Treatment and Healing Program, known as Path, is located in Tucson, Arizona, and offers services that parallel the addiction and behavioral health treatment offered to women and men.
There are residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient treatment programs available for all members of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe and their families. Treatment and programming are highly focused on traditional and cultural healing.
Traditional and Cultural Healing
The men’s PATH program provides residential treatment that includes psychotherapeutic and psychoeducational groups, wellness goal setting and healing opportunities that includes sweat lodge sessions, traditional healers, and other cultural engagement experiences.

Admission Terms
To be considered for admission in the Men’s Pascua Assessment Treatment and Healing program individuals must be an enrolled tribe member or be the family member of an enrolled member. If they are an enrolled member of a different Federally Recognized Tribe that is not AHCCCS eligible then the member’s home Tribe will be responsible for covering the costs associated with treatment.
In addition, you must have government issued photo identification, provide TB test results from the past week, include a breathalyzer and toxicology report, and have medical clearance. This program is only open to men who are 18 years of age or older who are in need of treatment and may or may not have been court ordered to attend.
Transitional Treatment Program and Aftercare
After the PATH program, those who have successfully completed all aspects of treatment may graduate to the Transitional Treatment Program for health, wellness, and therapy resources. There are five homes available as part of the program to allow individuals to continue to heal and have comprehensive support as they reintegrate into the community.
