Located on over 400 acres of land in sunny northern Florida, Transformations Mending Fences has over 24 residential beds and 21 partial hospitalization beds. With its clinical expertise and over a decade of treatment experience, Transformations provides psychological care for mental health and addiction treatment. Their masters level clinicians help patients to get to the root cause of their addiction and provide an individualized treatment plan. Programs include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, individual and group counseling, psychoeducation, and a family recovery program. Amenities include semi private rooms, a thriving alumni community, a music room, outdoor recreation and lounging area, expressive arts therapy, and in house meals.
Transformations Mending Fences is accredited by the Joint Commission and the Florida Department of Children and Family Services. They are also nationally recognized for their military and first responders program by the organization, Help for Our Heroes. Transformations accepted Tricare, VA Healthcare, commercial insurance plans, and self pay.
