About Maynords Recovery Center

Four Winds Behavioral Health Center is located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. This is a drug rehab treatment facility that serves men and women who are struggling with drug, alcohol, or substance use struggles. They also provide support if you have a co-occurring mental health diagnosis. Care is offered through their intensive outpatient program. There is also a telemedicine program.

This facility accepts policies from most major insurance providers including Medicaid. There are discounted sliding scale fees for those who qualify.

They use a blend of holistic and evidence based approaches to care. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) utilizes the Matrix Model and the Minnesota Model to help guide your recovery. There's also integrated dual diagnosis treatment if you have an underlying mental health condition.

You’ll be supported through evidence-based approaches including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) that will help you think critically about your emotions. Through individual, group, and family counseling, you'll learn different coping skills and strategies that can help you navigate negative thoughts including thoughts of drug use. You'll also learn how to identify triggers that may lead to substance use in the future. Through this, you'll gain relapse prevention skills that can lead to sustainable sobriety.

You’ll also find medication management here. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) using FDA approved medications including naltrexone and Vivitrol can help you manage ongoing cravings.

Holistic approaches include somatic therapy and recreational therapy along with yoga, exercise, Zumba and spiritual support. There is also employment assistance, a high-complexity toxicology lab, and 12-step style recovery programs among other services.
