About Lund Family Center

Located in South Burlington, Vermont, the Lund Family Center provides inpatient and outpatient treatment for parents living with substance use disorder. The Regional Partnership Program is a real stand out of the center. It’s designed to improve the well-being of children affected by parental substance use by increasing access to treatment and addiction education. They provide on-the-spot substance use screens and link at-risk parents to treatment services.

The Lund Family Center has a family-centered approach that supports the well-being of the family as a whole so that children can live with their parents in residential care up until the age of 5. This allows clients to balance their responsibilities as a parent with getting effective treatment for their addiction. Their residential facility is staffed around the clock so parents can access clinical or parenting support whenever they need it.

Whether in inpatient or outpatient treatment, clients participate in individual, family, and group therapy, parenting education, and medical support services. It’s great that they also offer telehealth services to help those who have problems attending the center.
