About Little River Band Health Center
The Little River Band of Ottawa Health Services is dedicated to supporting you during your recovery. I really like that this culturally sensitive center in Manistee, Michigan incorporates western medicine with traditional Indian medicine during treatment.
All direct care services are available to tribal members and their descendants and to members of any Federally Recognized Tribe. They can help with co occurring mental health conditions as well.

The Be-Da-Bin Behavioral Health Program
This healthcare center’s addiction treatment falls under their Be-Da-Bin Behavioral Health program. This program takes a holistic approach which emphasizes mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional wellness.

A great thing about the location of the center is that it is able to provide healing through engagement with nature as part of their outpatient recovery programs because it’s near scenic areas such as Lake Michigan and Manistee National Forest.
Medical Transportation and Home Visits
I think it is very helpful that the center also includes a community health representative program. This representative program includes supportive staff that performs home visits and provides medical transportation within the nine county service area.
The center accepts insurance and additionally, they offer financial aid assistance options including grants, scholarships and non profit programs.
