About Omni Community Health (formerly LifeCare Family Services)

Omni Community Health’s Franklin site was a behavioral health treatment facility for both adolescents and adults located in Franklin, Tennessee. They specialized in helping families as a whole. They wanted the families to become resilient and happy in order to make a long term change. However, this center is now closed.

Meeting You…

This care center met you where you were, literally. I liked that they understood that you couldn’t always make it into a facility, so they went out into the community. They could have met you at a park, community center, or even your home.

They offered evidence-based outpatient therapy to help you, your child, and your family and to empower you all on your journey. They also featured telehealth if needed, therefore meeting by phone or online.

This facility worked with foster care families as well to help you and your child/children adjust to everyone and to work out any behavioral or mental issues during this transition time.

Even though the Franklin location is closed, they have other centers in their network nearby that can assist you.
