About NSO Life Choices
Neighborhood Service Organization, or NSO for short, is based out of a commercial district in Detroit, Michigan. They offer substance use treatment as part of their 360 Neighborhood Wellness Center Program. This encompasses a lot of different things, such as behavioral health services, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling and therapy, and substance misuse treatment.
