You'll work with counselors in both individual and group settings. Through these recovery groups, you'll have a team you can turn to and lean on during the difficult parts of your recovery journey. Experiential therapy is also available here. Through this therapy, you’ll work through activities that will allow you to explore traumas and stressors that have contributed to your current struggles. Activities like role playing and structured group activities will help you navigate these struggles.

There are also family workshops that happen every weekend. These workshops can help your loved ones better understand your struggles and how to best support you. There are also a range of leisurely activities available as well here. Through these activities, you’ll build healthy habits and behaviors that can replace the unhealthy ones you're currently experiencing.
