Situated in Derry, New Hampshire, Liberty Health Services is a drug rehab for adults offering medically monitored drug detox, residential addiction treatment, intensive outpatient program, and aftercare support.

At Liberty Health Services, the clinical team supports individuals to safely and comfortably detox clients from drugs and alcohol with minimal withdrawal symptoms and under 24 hour supervision. Once detoxed, clients are supported as they transition to an inpatient or addiction treatment program, depending on their circumstances. Treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan. The residential services are a 28 day inpatient program and include individual and group counseling, 12 step facilitation, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, nutrition and wellness programming, and recovery support groups. The IOP treatment is three nights per week from 6 to 9 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
