About The SHARE Program

Based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, Leyden Family Service SHARE is a non-profit drug rehab that specializes in addiction treatment for substance abuse. Care is available to kids, teens, adults, and seniors, including those with co-occurring mental health issues. Discounted fees are available here to those eligible, and many insurance options are accepted.

Treatment here can look like outpatient, or residential drug rehab. Both offer medication maintenance and management services, with counseling available in person or through telehealth. In this way, individuals with limited mobility, or the ability to attend in-person sessions for whatever reason can access the care they need.

The residential program here specifically offers individuals a more structured environment in which to truly thrive. Counseling options include individual, group, family, as well as employer sessions where necessary. Clients can also benefit from educational lectures on addiction, and nutritional consultation for a rounded approach to recovery. Recreational therapy is also offered, as well as psychiatric evaluation for those who may benefit. Onsite 12 Step meetings for either AA, NA, or CA also take place here. Clients are also set up with aftercare planning to ensure they’re supported post-rehab and beyond to ensure a sustainable recovery.
