Another amazing feature that really stood out to me is their emphasis on trauma informed care. Their programs offer individual sessions, incorporating trauma specific approaches. You can participate in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and trauma focused groups. You’ll benefit from the support you need to address and overcome past traumatic experiences and sustain long term recovery.
