Legacy Healing Center Alcohol and Drug Rehab is an addiction treatment facility in suburban Pompano Beach, Florida. The facility offers an intensive outpatient program where clients can receive treatment for addictions to alcohol, prescription drugs and illegal drugs.

When you start the intensive outpatient program, you’ll participate in life skills classes, individual and group therapy, and support groups. The goal of these services will be to help you better understand your disorder and what caused it and guide you on the best way you can manage your sobriety. Group therapy will be the primary treatment you’ll be receiving. The group therapy sessions will help you learn how to socialize without substances and also allow you to provide support for others.

Intensive outpatient care gives you the flexibility to receive care while also still being able to work on your education, your career, and your family relationships. You also have time to spend relieving your stresses on the numerous beaches in Pompano Beach. Pompano Beach is also conveniently close to major cities such as Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami.

Other intensive outpatient services you might receive at the facility include vocational training, case management, and medication management. Case managers can help you get access to resources within the community that can support your recovery.

In some cases, it may be determined that a client needs a higher level of care to achieve their recovery. The staff at Pompano can refer you to their inpatient rehab and medically supervised detox at nearby locations, including residential care in Fort Lauderdale.
