About Lake Shore

Lake Shore is a dual diagnosis drug and alcohol addiction treatment and behavioral healthcare provider, located in Mahtomedi, Minnesota. The center offers treatment for men, including inpatient rehab, detox, outpatient programs, counseling, mental health treatment, case management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and referrals.

As part of Meridian Health Services, who have provided addiction care for over 50 years, the clinical team at Lake Shore has the experience and expertise to treat substance use disorders and mental health conditions in their residential program for men. Situated in a residential-style facility overlooking a lake, Lake Shore uses evidence-based treatments to meet the needs of each individual client. The program includes a biopsychosocial assessment and customized treatment plan including individual and group therapy, recovery support meetings, 12-Step facilitation, skill development, education, and peer support. Clients engage in around 30 hours of scheduled weekly programming, including social activities with the community as well as recovery meetings.

Meridian Health Services Treatment Center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), reflecting clinical excellence. Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, sliding scale, and commercial insurance plans are accepted. State funding may also be available.
