About Keweenaw Bay Indian Community
Keweenaw Bay Indian Community works to advance the health and vitality of its Tribal members. The center is located in Baraga, Michigan. They have a dedicated healthcare system that provides physical, behavioral, and mental health treatment, including substance use disorder treatment.
Tribal members can pay for services with Indian Health Service, Tribal, and Urban funds (ITU), Medicaid, and other government funding for SUD programs. Native clients 18 and over who reside in the Bemidji Region receive treatment services at no cost.
