About Just One Recovery

Just One Recovery was an alcohol and drug rehab center for adults in Orange, California. They’re permanently closed now but they provided medical detox and residential alcohol and drug rehab, as well as aftercare support. Programs were 30, 60, or 90 days and there were options for Christian faith-based care.

During inpatient medical detox, clients were monitored so that medical personnel could offer medication and other treatment for withdrawal symptoms. After detox, clients could move to residential care, where they received individual, group and family counseling, addiction education, life-skills training and relapse prevention. Approaches included evidence-based therapies such as rational emotional behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Holistic, whole client healing activities were also available including yoga, meditation and exercise therapy.
