About Jubilee Ministries
Located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Jubilee Ministries is a faith-based organization that provides spiritual guidance and support to current and former incarcerated individuals who are navigating a range of struggles including behavioral health and substance use dependence. In addition to prison chaplaincy, Jubilee offers an aftercare program and a summer camp scholarship program to help support those they serve.
The aftercare program serves men and women, supporting them with key skills as they integrate back into society following incarceration. This five phase program consists of spiritual support, group counseling, individual counseling, life skills development, recovery support, addiction education, and much more.
You will work through a personalized and structured program that will help you manage aspects of your life after incarceration including parole and probation, future goals, and realistic recovery expectations based on your unique needs.
You will also receive additional support in the form of finance management and career training. Aspects of training happen through the Jubilee Ministries thrift store. By working, you can develop real world skills that can transfer over to the next step you take in the workforce.
When you graduate from the aftercare program, you'll have access to other supports including designated apartment style housing, education support, and other services.
