About Jackson County Health & Human Services

Everyone needs support, and Jackson County HHS Mental Health Services, located in Medford, Oregon, understands how challenging life can be. The facility is an excellent resource if you need crisis services. What strikes me most about this facility is the value they put on collaboration. They work with the Local Alcohol and Drug Planning Committee and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline to meet the needs of individuals with substance use disorders and/or mental health challenges.

Person Centered Services

Addictions to alcohol, drugs and gambling can have harmful effects on children, family and the community. HHS works hard to provide valuable prevention and treatment opportunities to residents of Jackson County that address these issues.

I like that they have valuable treatment providers available to support you. They accept walk-ins for crisis related services, and they have a 24/7 crisis hotline available for those who need emotional support, safety planning or connection to resources. They even have a compassionate Mobile Crisis Team to meet you where you are and offer more personalized support.

Payment Options

HHS accepts private health insurance as well as state plans such as Medicaid and Medicare. They also offer a sliding scale fee option based on income and household size.
