About INTEGRIS Meadowlake

Located in Oklahoma, Integris Health is a CARF accredited medical, behavioral health, and addiction treatment provider. Their behavioral health services are offered at two locations and provide a range of services, including mental health evaluations, medication assisted treatment, crisis stabilization, medically monitored detox, residential drug and alcohol rehab, intensive outpatient treatment, psychotherapy, medication management, partial hospitalization, recovery support groups, and aftercare support.

The Oklahoma City location of Integris Health offers the Decisions Mental Health and Addiction Recovery Programs, for dual diagnosis patients. This short term outpatient program provides board licensed psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and skill development to help patients enhance their coping skills and work through the issues that led to addiction. Offered on a partial hospitalization program, five days per week; intensive outpatient program, several hours a week in the evening or during the day; or adolescent program, which runs Tuesday through Thursday in the evening.

The Arcadia Trails program is available in Edmond, Oklahoma, and has been awarded a special distinction by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services for their residential treatment, detox, and outpatient programs. Integris Health’s clinical team will determine the most appropriate level of care and treatment following a comprehensive mental health assessment. Each resident will take part in individual and group therapy, family counseling, education, skill development, peer support, and aftercare planning. Evidence based therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Integris Health is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Joint Commission. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, commercial insurance plans, and private pay.
