Participants can expect a schedule of individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as MAT if deemed necessary. Some of the therapy styles available include MI, DBT, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). All of these are designed to help teens develop resilience in the form of healthier coping skills.
