Their levels of care include a partial hospitalization program, which is their most intensive offering, as well as an intensive outpatient program and a standard outpatient treatment program.

This helps you develop better thinking patterns that foster sobriety, while other topics such as relapse prevention can help you identify triggers and prevent setbacks. They also offer groups for anger and stress management as well as grief and loss.

I value that you’ll also have individual therapy in your program too. This works the way you'd expect with a licensed therapist, and they offer medication management and psychiatric care on top of that.

Life Skills Training

If you want to learn life skills and get some wellness training, they do this and go beyond therapy by focusing on your daily habits and giving you real-world skills that matter in recovery.

They can help you with time management and organization as well as setting goals. They also teach you financial literacy by helping you budget better and helping you manage your bills for the future.

You can even learn some vocational skills during the programs here. I was impressed with this because it puts you in a place where you're ready for employment and have the communication skills you need to land the job.

Alternative and Holistic Therapies

Some of their expressive and alternative therapies are neat too, like their nutritional education and exercise sessions. They also teach you mindfulness and breathing techniques as well as more expressive therapies such as art therapy.
