About Inneractions

Serving the San Fernando Valley, Inneractions is an addiction treatment provider offering outpatient care and sober living services. Treatment is dual diagnosis and is administered through an intensive outpatient program and a virtual intensive outpatient program.

There are two sober living houses, one for men and one for women. These residences have amenities like recreation spaces, free laundry facilities, spacious backyards and flat screen tvs.

A Philosophy Of Trauma-Informed Care

What sets Inneractions apart from other addiction treatment centers is their philosophy on substance abuse and why it occurs. They believe that drugs and alcohol are simply a means of coping with emotional issues from trauma or childhood events.

Treatment will help you identify the underlying issues at the root of addiction and give you the tools to break the cycle. You’ll attend treatment for three four week sessions for a minimum of 90 days. Individual and family sessions are scheduled according to each person's availability.

A Four-Part Approach To Lasting Recovery

Inneractions uses an innovative four part approach to help treat addiction. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, clinicians guide into a life of self-discovery and change.

While in therapy sessions you can expect to learn self-affirmations, assertive communication, mindfulness and breathing exercises. Counseling will help you heal from trauma through reframing your thoughts around substances.

A specialized IOP is available for veterans and treats anxiety, depression, substance abuse and the impact of trauma. This program has a deep understanding of moral injury and post traumatic stress disorder.
