About Inland Empire Teen Challenge

Inland Empire Teen Challenge provides faith based, long term residential addiction treatment for adult males in Riverside, California, including specialized services for young adults and clients with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.

Their four phase, year long residential treatment program allows clients to focus on their recovery in a highly structured and supportive environment. Clients engage in extensive group counseling and faith based recovery focused life skills training, to include daily Bible study and devotions. The program also prioritizes academic and vocational education, and program sponsored employment is mandatory for most clients. Community outreach and service are required as an aspect of ministry and discipleship, a cornerstone of the client’s long term sobriety and the client’s successful reintegration into their home, workplace, and community. Their aftercare services are designed to ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs and may include peer coaching, career counseling, employment and housing assistance, 12 step program facilitation, and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs.

Inland Empire Teen Challenge is a nonprofit organization offering services at low or no cost contingent upon funding availability.
