Charting a New Course
I’m really impressed by the broad range of services that IDEA Brighton offers. It’s encouraging to me to see such a diverse approach to meeting the needs of their clients. Their substance use programs include intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) and enhanced outpatient treatment, along with relapse prevention, recovery planning, and cognitive therapy. It also offers smoking cessation support and monitored sobriety services.
Lots of Other Programs
Their Domestic Violence Offender Treatment program consists of individual and group therapy for individuals convicted of domestic violence offenses, including evals and gender-specific treatments. Their DUI programs provide various education and therapy levels for those convicted of alcohol or drug-related driving offenses. I like that they also offer evidence-based practices like the matrix model, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and moral reconation therapy.
