About Humboldt Recovery Center
Humboldt Recovery Center is the largest and oldest residential addiction treatment program on the Northern California coast. They’ve provided a welcoming space to hone your recovery since 1972. You can access care regardless of background or funding, as long as you’re dedicated to reaching recovery. You'll find 'em based out in Eureka, California.

I also think it’s wonderful that they offer culturally competent approaches for members of indigenous communities. You can participate in red roads, beading classes, and more. You’ll benefit from an inclusive environment that incorporates your culture and traditions.
What stands out most to me is their program length. While their initial program lasts about 90 days, they provide nine months of free aftercare. I think this is great because you’ll have ongoing support to stay on track in recovery while reinforcing vital coping skills.
