About Home Of New Vision

Located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Home of New Vision offers residential and outpatient programs for those living with substance use disorder and a dual diagnosis. Tailored treatment programs are designed to help clients reach their treatment goals and build a strong foundation for a substance free lifestyle. In both residential and outpatient treatment clients receive individual and group therapy, peer recovery coaching, and psychotherapy for co occuring mental health disorders.

Home of New Vision also offers a Women’s Specialty Program that offers outpatient to women who are pregnant or have dependent children. This program caters to the unique challenges that primary caregivers face when living with addiction.

I really like Home of New Vision's emphasis on the community's role in recovery. They put on community education events and organize advocacy events for those in recovery and their loved ones to increase awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding substance use disorder. They also connect clients with resources in the community through their recovery support program. Clients receive peer support and are linked to housing, transportation, and health care services, as well as support groups, and other services that support long term recovery.
