About High Point Treatment Center State Road Outpatient
High Point Center State Road Outpatient is a nonprofit behavioral health and addiction treatment program in Plymouth, Massachusetts, near the shore of Cape Cod Bay. High Point Center provides a full continuum of care across its various locations in Massachusetts. They use evidence backed methods to guide clients through recovery and help them cultivate personal growth to adapt to new challenges moving forward. They serve adult and adolescent clients. Services offered include individual therapy, group therapy, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment (IOP), structured outpatient addiction program (SOAP), gambling addiction treatment, abuse education, and the adolescent community reinforcement approach program.
