Your teens will attend individual and group therapy. Included in your teens plan is weekly family therapy and psychiatry sessions. To improve their relationships and manage their impulses, they will attend daily dialectical behavioral therapy training.

Partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) is available for adults. With partial hospitalization you attend sessions daily. The intensive outpatient treatment requires sessions to be attended a few times per week, with morning and evening sessions available. Weekly family sessions are also highly encouraged in both programs.
