About Community Outreach for Psychiatric Emergencies

Community Outreach for Psychiatric Emergencies (COPE) is a Hegira Health program in Livonia providing crisis-focused behavioral health services across Wayne County.

COPE serves adults 18 and older facing psychiatric emergencies, offering urgent assessment, crisis stabilization, dual diagnosis support and referrals.

As a single point of entry for behavioral health crises COPE aims to deliver compassionate, immediate care when it matters most.

Psychiatric Crisis Care

I noted that COPE specializes in around-the-clock crisis response,with walk-in assessment and treatment available 24 hours a day.

The program spans a full continuum of care including extended observation, mobile crisis stabilization and crisis residential services for adults needing short-term intensive support.

Care begins with the right level of support whether that means brief stabilization, community referral or in-community follow-up.
