About Healthright 360

HealthRight 360 is an outpatient addiction treatment center in downtown Los Angeles, California. It’s in the Historic South Central neighborhood, just south of the Fashion District and close to major transit routes.

They serve adult men and women overcoming substance use disorders (SUD). I appreciate that they focus on helping people who are transitioning back into the community after incarceration or residential drug and alcohol rehab.

A Long History of Community Care

They have deep roots in San Francisco, starting in the 1960s with the Haight Ashbury Free Clinics and Walden House. Both opened their doors to support people who couldn’t afford healthcare.
Back in the 60s, they embraced people struggling with substance use disorders (SUD) and homelessness. Today, they reach people of all backgrounds, and that includes people from different races, genders and circumstances. No matter what your unique situation is, they believe healthcare is a right, not a privilege.

Since merging in 2011, they've grown into a larger community based organization, expanding to offer services across Northern and Southern California. They continue to provide comprehensive medical care, mental health services, substance use treatment and re-entry support.

Integrated Care for Addiction Treatment

When you’re working through recovery, it’s important to have options that actually fit your needs. At this location, the focus is on outpatient recovery. They use evidence based treatment methods to make sure you’re getting the care that works best for where you are in recovery.

What I appreciate is that even though they don’t provide inpatient rehab or primary medical care at this location, they’ll connect you to one of their other programs in L.A. County that offers these services. Something else I like? They’re big on involving the whole family. Your family can join in on your therapy sessions, and they’re also welcome to participate in the recreational activities that are part of treatment here.

I love that the "360" in HealthRIGHT 360’s name reflects how they focus on the whole person, not just the addiction. It’s reassuring to know they provide complete care and support no matter what your situation is.
