About Harmony Foundation

Harmony Recovery is part of AllHealth Network. The facility is located in Estes Park, Colorado. The organization is accredited by both The Joint Commissions and CARF. They’re also members of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers and the Colorado Nonprofit Association.

Addiction services are available for both adult men and women. There’s inpatient (IP) and various outpatient programs. Most private insurances are accepted.

For their residential addiction treatment, men and women will live and receive treatment separately. By being separated, you’ll be able to address specific needs and issues that affect each gender differently that contribute to addiction.

You will attend 12 Step meetings daily. You will meet individually with your therapist and case manager on a weekly basis. Your mornings will focus on group therapy, while your afternoons are set aside for education.

A medical evaluation and detox program is available. I do like that you will have a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment that includes a mental health screening. The evaluation helps the staff determine your length of stay.

The length of stay is typically between three to ten days. You will participate in group therapy. You are also able to receive case management services. The case manager will assist you develop a continuing care plan.

They also provide an intensive outpatient program (IOP). What stood out to me about the program is that it is also offered with a phone app. The phone app compliments the program. The app has motivational videos, spirituality meditation and family programming. The program length is 12 weeks and you attend sessions three days per week for three hour days.

All their programs include additional support services. The additional services include opiate support and LGBTQ+ group.
