About Harbor Wellness & Recovery Center

Located in Holmdel, New Jersey, the Harbor Wellness Center provides tailored care to adults living with substance use disorder or a dual diagnosis i.e. has a co occuring mental health disorder such as anxiety or depression. They offer several levels of outpatient treatment which vary in intensity from partial hospitalization to general outpatient. There is a continuum of care through all levels, which means your treatment will change as your addiction does, ensuring you’re always getting the right care.

Different forms of addiction treatment at Harbor Wellness include individual therapy, group counseling, trauma therapy, process groups, and psychoeducational groups.
