I really like the variety of counseling groups offered by Pinnacle Treatment Services that help support clients in many areas. Group topics include relapse prevention, depression and anxiety, family/relationships, trauma, grief, dual diagnosis, anger management, and men's and women’s groups. You can also access complementary supports such as yoga and mindfulness, and expressive therapies like visual art and journaling.
