Habilitat boasts a beach setting with a 1.5 acre campus at the base of the Ko`olau Mountains. Their clinical team provides a highly structured program with three distinct phases, including treatment, re-entry, and aftercare. Treatment includes a comprehensive mental health assessment and individualized treatment plan, work opportunities, exercise, nutritional education, and life skills training. After six months, residents enter phase two where they’ll receive vocational training, learn self reliance, and establish community support for re-entry (third stage).
