Gratiot Integrated Health Network

Gratriot Integrated Health Network provides mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment for youth and adults. This facility is located in Alma, Michigan, which is about halfway between Grand Rapids and Saginaw. They offer many different outpatient programs here, including crisis intervention, counseling services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

Different levels of outpatient treatment are available, including partial hospitalization. They can also connect you to a hospital emergency room if you need immediate inpatient care.
