About Graf Rheeneenhaanjii Residential Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation
Graf Rheeneerhaanjii is a residential addiction recovery facility for adolescents in Fairbanks, Alaska. They specialize in culturally responsive mental and behavioral healthcare for Alaska Native communities, including intensive inpatient treatment and comprehensive aftercare planning and support. Dedicated programming is available for LGBTQ+ persons, trauma survivors, and clients with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.
Clients in residential care are able to focus on their recovery in a private, home-like environment in a wilderness setting. They receive medical and mental health assessments, personalized care plans, and comprehensive case management. They also engage in intensive, CBT-based individual, group, and family therapy. They prioritize independent living and recovery-focused life skills training to support clients’ sustained sobriety and successful reintegration into their home, school, workplace, and community. An array of evidence-based holistic therapies, including experiential therapies, is available. Aftercare services may include transitional assistance as clients step down to outpatient treatment, 12 step program induction, and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs.
The program is state licensed and CARF and SAMHSA accredited. Payment options include private insurance, military insurance, Medicaid, and self-pay. Need-based financial aid is available.
