The Gavin Foundation offers a full continuum of care for substance use disorder treatment. The Center for Recovery Services is an outpatient center serviced by licensed clinicians, nursing, and psychiatric nurse practitioners. Each client receives a comprehensive mental health assessment and individualized treatment plan. Staff offer a range of evidence-based interventions in their structured outpatient program, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), individual and group therapy, case management, relapse prevention, anger management, medication support, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). MAT is the use of FDA-approved medications and behavioral counseling for the treatment of opioid use disorders, and it is considered the gold standard of treatment.
