About Gaudenzia New Destiny
Gaudenzia is a non profit organization that has been providing substance abuse treatment for years across the U.S. Their New Destiny location in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania and provides a safe and structured residential program for women. Residents can bring their young children with them to treatment. They welcome women, women with children, and pregnant women.
New Destiny is a structured and home-like living environment that is considered a low intensity residential program. During treatment you’ll participate in individual and group counseling, educational support, and vocational training. Treatment sessions may cover topics like parenting women’s issues, and sobriety. You’ll be connected with the proper medical care while receiving trauma informed and culturally competent counseling.
