The facility’s PSH program ensures clients at risk of homelessness can access long term housing. I think it’s great that the program also provides case management services to individuals in shelter who are struggling in the in between stages before becoming fully independent. This can be a notoriously shaky journey for many and support at every step is crucial to success.
Model That Supports Addiction Recovery
The PSH model has allegedly been proven to reduce the negative effects of drug or alcohol use, with the center providing treatment services for this, too. Other priorities of this program include helping individuals implement better self care in both their mental and physical health, while also developing positive relationships and support systems, increasing their income and ultimately becoming proactive, contributing members of society.
