About Foundry Farm
The Foundry Ministries operates a men’s residential program called Foundry Farm in Cullman, Alabama. Here, they’ll take care of all your basic needs and give you access to counseling, education, job readiness training and spiritual guidance. This is a fresh egg farm in a rural, country setting. They offer a Christian non-denominational program for addiction recovery. Participants don’t need to follow their religious doctrines to participate.
The program runs for nine months and you’ll spend at least six months of those living on campus. There is a one-time intake fee when you’re admitted to the program. During your time at Foundry Farm, you will get hands-on work experience in the poultry industry. This is a field that is in demand in the area. You could choose to continue your learning at a community or junior college after you complete the program.
After six months into the program, you can choose to go home for the rest of the treatment. Or you can continue to live on campus and find full-time employment. The nice thing is you get access to your car at this point. Foundry Farm also offers aftercare services to make sure that you have the support you need to continue on the path of your recovery.
