Elwyn provides a variety of services for children and adults who have disabilities and behavioral health challenges in Raleigh, North Carolina. They have an extensive offerings of programs for adults. Clark’s Manor is a private-pay residence for those who have chronic mental illness and need a supportive, home-like setting.

Their Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) helps adults dealing with substance use disorders, homelessness, unemployment and more. This program is mobile and is made up of multidisciplinary teams. Clients get supportive care that is suited to their specific needs. Best of all, this care happens in their home, work or any other setting where you need support. This program aims to help clients stay out of institutional settings and become integrated in their communities.
