This treatment will also help you manage cravings that you’ll experience during recovery.

In residential care, you’ll have 24/7 supervision and a blend of traditional and holistic care. You can socialize with your peers, meditate, and partake in recreational activities. All meals are provided.

Whether in inpatient or outpatient, you’ll be supported through individual and group counseling sessions. You’ll learn important coping skills that will help you build healthy habits because you learn to identify triggers that can fuel addictions.

You’ll also get to work with recovering peers. Through group counseling sessions and peer meetings, you’ll widen your network of support. When you have rough moments during your recovery, your peers can help you find the motivation and positivity you need.
