About Family Center for Recovery

Family Center for Recovery is located in Lantana, Florida. This is a comprehensive drug rehab treatment facility that serves individuals who need support for their mental health concerns or addiction use disorders. They have designated programs for adolescents, adults, pregnant women, and members of the LGBTQ community. In addition to residential care, they offer intensive outpatient (IOP) and day or night partial hospitalization programs (PHP).

They accept policies from most major insurance providers. They also accept Medicaid.

When you start your treatment here, you’ll work with a dedicated treatment team that will take the time to assess and understand your unique recovery needs. Depending on your unique struggles, an individualized treatment plan will be devised to ensure you receive the right therapies. Many of their therapies are rooted in evidence based therapies and you’ll be paired to specific programs depending on your unique substance programs.

Their residential treatment program includes detox support. Detox is overseen by trained medical and support staff so that your withdrawal symptoms are managed safely. If you have an underlying co-occurring diagnosis, you’ll work with psychiatrists who’ll determine what therapies will best serve you and if medication support is necessary.

The evidence based therapies are also paired with holistic support to ensure you receive a thorough approach to care. Through cognitive (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), you’ll learn to understand your triggers and certain behaviors that have led to your addiction. You’ll also be supported through motivation enhancement, addiction education, and health and wellness support. These approaches will empower and motivate you to move forward in your recovery.

There are also specialized programs like men and women's groups and 12 Step style programs that you can lean on as well.
