About Familicare Counseling Center

Familicare Counseling Center is an outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. The staff caters to the English and Spanish-speaking community, providing care to those who face barriers with traditional health care visits.

This facility offers services for individuals of all ages with a team that provides individual therapy, group counseling, family therapy, and in-home services for adults, children, adolescents, and seniors dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.

In-Home Care with Familicare Counseling Center

The center offers in-home therapy for clients who cannot easily access traditional outpatient settings. I've found this helpful for those who struggle to leave their home due to health conditions.

This in-home care includes comprehensive mental health assessments and medication management. Psychotropic medication management is available when clinically appropriate.

Familicare provides outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment, including individual psychotherapy, group therapy and couples or family therapy.

This home care system, I've found, can be helpful to all individuals affected by substance use disorders and health concerns.

Familicare Insurance Information

The center accepts Medicaid, private health insurance, cash or self-pay and county or local government funding. Self pay fees vary depending on the service.
