What impressed me about this location is the wide variety of services available in a single place. They have emergency services and crisis response if you need immediate help as well as assessments to help you understand what’s going on and what treatment you need.

They can also provide typical outpatient care, medication assisted treatment for substance use, and mental health treatment and medication. Not only that, you can get primary care at the Neighborhood Health clinic, which can be helpful if you’re at risk for specific infectious diseases.

Another thing that caught my eye is that the Sharon Bulova Center also has a Peer Resource Center where clients can meet with Peer Recovery Specialists, get help applying for social services, and attend peer support groups on a variety of topics.
